Package Choice

1. Your B&B or hotel can almost be online. If you registered as a seller or broker, you – as agreed with us during your registration – choose a package now (within 24 hours).
2. The minimum purchase as “Seller” or “Broker” is as agreed upon your registration equal to the package “Flexible”.
3. The payment period is 8 days after invoicing. When ordering the package (during the next step), a billing address located within the EU is required. You will receive the invoice by mail only.
4. Subscriptions package “Flexible” and package “Average” are automatically renewed at the end of the first period, but are of course easily terminable. We also offer a one-time product with Package Unlimited Online.
5. Cancellation can always be done up to 15 days before the end of the current period, simply by emailing info@benb-tekoop.nl. Merely removing an ad does not count as termination, as it is permissible to remove and repost your ad during the term of a subscription.
6. Advertiser gives permission for automatic and free transfer of his ad (s) to our multilingual website bnbforsale.eu and if it concerns a (residential) farm to boerderij-tekoop.nl.
7. (Items 1 through 7 mentioned above do not apply if you register only as an “Interested Person.” After all, that’s free!)

NOTE: Did you not choose an account as a “Seller” or “Broker,” but as an “Interested Party”? Then we will see this in our system, your account is free of charge and there is no purchase obligation!
