We want to split our whole business/ estate into guest house/ restaurant/camping and the second part the farm with horse stud .

First, the guesthouse consists of 4 double rooms and 1 triple room located on the second floor. First floor there is a living room with a wood stove,a dining room and a kitchen that is now used by employees staying with us. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021

Then on the first floor there is an entrance in the hallway of the house to the former stable that has been converted into a restaurant with an annex where there is a professional kitchen including a 6 burner stove with oven, dishwasher 2 large professional freezers and a large refrigerator. On the second floor which is divided into two parts an apartment with 2 rooms shower and toilet and small kitchen suitable for three people .
The second apartment with shower and kitchen and a loft very large has always been used by us to live.It can accommodate 4 people. This apartment also has another large balcony with a staircase leading down to it so that one does not have to go through the guest house if necessary. This apartment also has a wood-burning stove.
Next to the guest house is another apartment with kitchen opportunity shower and toilet and also an air conditioner that heats in winter ok/ This is suitable for 1 or 2 people

There is satellite connection with cables in the apartment and living room and a telephone connection with devices in the living room, kitchen 2 apartments and to our private house. so that telephone can be answered in several places and call each other. Then there is a campsite of about one HA in size with its own entrance and where there is water and electricity at various points. Then we own a trailer with 6 large 2 to 3 person kayaks that we rent out to our guests. We bring them upstream and then they descend on the river and come out at the end of our village where we then pick them up again. We also have real bows with arrows to shoot on a course we made. This course is located in the campground. We also own baskets for the game of disc golf that can be used.

All but personal items remain in the guest house, so it is complete to continue operating immediately.

The guests who come to us are for 60 to 70 percent people who also want to ride horses during their vacations and of course many hikers and lovers of peace and quiet and culture and nature. We also do day trips from 3 to 6 hours and two-day horseback treks.
