Would you like to live and do business in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands? This is possible in the atmospheric village of Midsland located on the Wadden Island of Terschelling!
This well-maintained B&B, was largely modernized in 2018 and features 10 cozy rooms, a cozy breakfast room and an indoor home. The B&B is successfully run by the current owners under the name “The Wadder.” It is necessary to live in or near the property to properly run and maintain the operation. Occupancy is good to very good in all 4 seasons, due in part to its favorable, central location on the island. Good amenities such as supermarket, various stores and restaurants within very short walking distance. The B&B has a large regular customer base, so it is not very dependent on Booking.com or other booking sites. In short, a unique opportunity for those who want to live and work on Terschelling!

On floors 1 and 2, you will find 4 double rooms with generous private bathroom, 2 double rooms with shared bathroom, 2 single rooms with shared bathroom. Sanitary facilities serving these 4 rooms; 2 showers, 2 toilets and a urinal.
The entire property, the B&B rooms, dining/sitting room and the house have a combined area of approximately 340 sqm. (living area)
On the second floor are five double rooms, four of which have private, spacious bathrooms. The fifth room has a sink and the shared shower and toilet in the hallway. ( right around the corner)
On the second floor there are two single rooms with sink, one double room with sink and a shared toilet in the hallway. Shared showers for these rooms are located on the second floor.
The B&B features a cozy garden with several seating areas, where both sun and shade can be found. (this for general use)
Both garden rooms have private terraces.
For the benefit of the indoor home, there is a screened private garden area.
All frames, doors and windows are made of plastic with double HR ++ glazing.
The flat roof on the second floor is insulated and has new roofing.
The cavity walls are post-insulated where possible.
