This Bed and Breakfast located in a former school building is up and running since 2007 and can be continued/used immediately. It is located 20 minutes from Guéret in the middle of nature with a beautifull view on the Creuse vally and without opposite or joint ownership.
It consists of 2 buildings “school house” and courtyards separated by an inner courtyard.
