Details
Sold under reserve: Amidst the Loire’s finest chateaux, Sassay is home to this vineyard-surrounded estate that has recently been converted into a well-run B&B. The domain is also close to the Zoo de Beauval one of the most beautiful zoos in the world. Because the castles and zoo are open year-round, there is a year-round supply of guests.
The B&B consists of 3 guest rooms ( total of 11 people) each with private bathroom and a dining room/ common room with a small library. Outside are several seating areas and picnic tables set up 4as well as a large stone barbecue, a playground for children and a bocce court. Private parking is available for guests. There are still plenty of opportunities to expand the number of guests to be hosted. More information about the B&B can be found at Leshirondellesdumoulin.com and our Facebook page.
The private part of the house is located on the first floor and consists of a sitting kitchen , a living room, 2 bedrooms, a room used as an office space , a very spacious bathroom and a large room used as a laundry and guest room and 2 storage closets. The backyard has a spacious lighted seating area with a large table and large stone barbecue and a lighted seating area against the house. There is also a vegetable garden, vineyard and in the front and backyard there are about 40 fruit trees from which we make our own jam (for guests).
