The entire property is basement (160 qmtr.) and has a large attic. Heating guest rooms via central heating system 2006 purchased and 2009 installed heating living area Pellet stove 2018, hot water guest boiler 2009 with heat exchanger.
The entire house can be taken over including fixed built-in kitchen and all amenities for guests so beds, closets, TVs, bed linen, towels, washer and dryer furniture for guests.
