Our B&B is very conveniently located in the Eifel village of Neroth, between Daun and Gerolstein. The B&B is fully furnished and thus ready to start and has ample parking.

For guests there is 100 square meters equipped with a living room, sitting area, bathroom (2 showers), four bedrooms suitable for up to 10 people and two toilets.

In the garden there is a heated pool, a playground and spacious pergola with large table where we usually offer our breakfast.

On the second floor we live as owners ourselves. A side entrance leads to the garden via some steps. There is a new very well-equipped kitchen on the second floor with plenty of space. Here also have a room set up for laundry with 12 and 10 kg machines. The large garage is now set up as a car workshop (additional take over is possible) Behind the garage is a small vegetable garden, a greenhouse and a large garden house
Above the garage there is another room and bathroom

• Solar panels 5.7 kw, actual yield averages 4500 kw.
  Heating new gas condensing boiler (serviced 2022)
• Hot water with heat pump boiler.

Of course you can enjoy our b&b and take ample time to see everything.
